Kent graduated from Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in business management. He earned his law degree with honors from the University of Florida in 1991 where he received "Book Awards" for the overall highest grade in two classes. After obtaining his law degree, Kent received his Masters of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1992, one of the leading graduate tax study programs in the nation. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida in 1991, and has been practicing in Naples, Florida for over twenty-five years.
William Skrivan is a dedicated attorney who practices in the area of wills, trusts & estates, and real estate. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2019, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence. William earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon in 2023, where he was the recipient of an academic merit scholarship. During his time at the University of Oregon he also served as a research assistant for a prominent civil rights professor, further developing his analytical and legal skills.
